Can child buy TIW with AP?

My DH and my AP will expire before our next trip and so will my TIW card. My DD9's will still have an active AP. Is it possible to buy the TIW card using her AP?

I am on the fence whether I will buy another AP for us or do the 10 day no-expiration. If we can buy the TIW under her AP, it would help make the decision much easier!

No, it must be an adult. The cardholder must be 21 or over.
