I am thinking about celebrating DS's 6th birthday at Chef Mickey's the Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend.

I will invite the whole family, which will be a total of 13 adults and one child.

Realistically, I can see maybe a total of 5-7 adults and 1 child (and that is even a high estimate) deciding to go. I will give them the deadline of when I need to call to make the PS and am urging anyone interested in going to book a room now. If they decide to shock me and all go , in which case I may be eating MY meal at the hospital, woudl a party that large be a problem. It would not have to be one table, although it would be nice for the tables to be near each other.

We went with a group of 9 and had no problem. THis year we are going to have 11 and I plan to do it again. You may be limited on your times for your PS, or they may split you up into 2 tables (makes it easier for them to give you more options for PS times). But you should be able to do it.

Susy,
Me and my entire family went to DW in June 2001 for 3 days and then went on the Disney Cruise. The one thing everybody wanted to do was to eat at Chef Mickey's for dinner. We were a group of 15!! Everything was handled with no problem. They were even able to get us all in the photo that they take before you are seated which is now one of our favorite pictures. They did have to put us at two tables but we were right next to each other so got to enjoy everyone seeing the characters and close enough to talk and visit over dinner. Hope everything works out for your sons birthday!!

Let me add my two cents to say: go, have fun!! Our group of 11 had no problem being seated together (two tables). We wore matching tshirts and had a group photo taken - we love that pic :D . We had two birthdays on that day and they brought out two cupcakes with candles and sang. Our PS was for 7:45am to allow time to make it to the parks after.

hi: we had 14 of us there in may,2000. we did have to split up and sit at 2 tables and they were kind of close together.
