Have stayed at Carribbean Beach everytime we go. 92,93,94 twice, 98, 2001. But we have an addition to our family. There will be mom, dad, 2 teens and a 4 year old. Don't really want to split us up with two rooms. And the CBR really has sentimental roots for us. Any suggestions? would appreciate any comments or ideas - if impossible, can anyone suggest a resort like CBR? Planning to go 3rd week in May. Thanks so much.:

CBR can't hold 5 people legally. But, Port Orleans Riverside can if you stay in the Alligator Bayou section. They have a trundle bed that pulls out and your little one could sleep there.

Otherwise, you will have to stay at a deluxe in a room that holds five. Or you could stay off site at Holiday Inn Family Suites, etc.

CBR max is 4 people plus one under 2. I think you would be much more comfortable with 2 connecting rooms (it can be guaranteed if the second room is for children). That would also give you 2 bathrooms. I stayed at CSR with 3 friends and we did 2 connecting rooms, it was much better than cramming 4 into one room. The only moderate for 5 is POR. You could also consider a Fort Wilderness cabin, which is for 6.

Teens?

Two connecting rooms are the way to go. You'll all be happier with 2 bathrooms.

Been there, done that.
