...Change the date on my countdown clock? I have the date in that I was planning to leave, but that got changed to a few days later some time ago, and I don't know how to change it.

I think (not positive) you will have to completely take it out and put a new one in.

You don't need to take the whole thing out...
when you go to the users cp, in your signature line is the code for your countdown clock, just change the date....
