Hi! I'm hoping someone can give me recent experience while I wait 2 hours for DCL phone lines to open up. This will be our tenth cruise, and this has never even come close to happening before. Somehow though, I failed to make the final payment. I distinctly remember having the browser open well before the final date, but obviously I must not have finished it.
I got the email stating it was automatically canceled this morning, and I didn't even have any idea what cruise booking might have been canceled since, in my mind, we had obviously paid this one and didn't have another for several months.
We still VERY much plan to take this cruise. Obviously I could be out the $4000 deposit, pay the higher rate for a guarantee room right now, etc. But that's not really a valid option if there's ANY other choice.
Anyone had a recent experience like this that can tell me what to expect? I searched the forum and only found stuff nearly 20 years old.
