Can anyone staying at or going to OKW help me out please?

When we checked into OKW recently there was a letter on the bed with the email address of the management team. I totally forgot to pick it up and wanted to email them as we had such a wonderful first stay at our home resort.
I was hoping that someone who is there now, or going soon might be able to let me know what that email address is.
