...music video/concert DVD?

I want to get something else small for DH, and I know he loves watching music videos, especially from the 80's. He loves the big-hair bands like Jon Bon Jovi.

Are there any good ones out there?

Last year (I think? Or was it the year before? Or his birthday? ) I got him a Metallica one that he was really happy to have. And I know he picked up a Bon Jovi one. Any other suggestions?

Since I don't really like most of the music he likes to listen to (Bon Jovi being the exception), I'm in unfamiliar territory here.

Aerosmith.
Guns and Roses.
Lita Ford.
Motley Crue.
Poison.
Great White.
Whitesnake.
Def Lepperd.

There should be a cd or dvd with a compliation of various heavy metal artists. I'd look for that.:)

Your dh has great taste in music, btw.:)

LOL. There's a band I like that occasionally will do a cover of Talk Dirt To Me & everyone starts signing along, but if it were actually Poison that was playing the club they'd get bottles & lit cigs thrown at them though. :teeth:

Ahh! Aerosmith! Good idea -- he likes Aerosmith, I can stand Aerosmith, and there's a Disney connection. :)

Thanks :)

Linkin Park has a good concert dvd and there are the dvcd's for the Family Values tour and I thin OzzFeast

Another vote for Aerosmith here... for a few obvious reasons;) ;) .

I know that this is way off but The Last Waltz by The Band. The classic of all concert films.

hair bands and good... I'm with Ricola.. I'm confused...

Does Def Leppard qualify.. I saw a DVD of their concerts or something like that at the record store yesterday...

(Personally I don't like them but DH does!)

If he wants a good "chick" band...there's always Heart.

My hubby swoons to the voices and the *chicks*. LOL LOL

Ok, enough hair band jokes. I still love the 80's!!:D

I would absolutely go for one of the Ozzy DVDs. You'll find a couple out there. The last Motley Crue video was released a LONG time ago - like maybe 15 years ago. I would skip that one if you are looking for live concert type stuff. Same goes for Poison. The those releases were just videos with interview footage in between. I don't think Great White ever released one - at least not that I ever saw. Ozzy is a solid way to go.

Not for this hair-band-fan. I can't stand Pink Floyd. I think they appeal more to the 70's music fans.
