I just read Rupert Holmes (yes of "If You Like Pina Coladas" fame) first novel "Where The Truth Lies." I figured I'd give it a try since I really like the musical, "The Mystery of Edwin Drood" (which he wrote -- based on the unfinished Dickens novel). Started off good, but then I couldn't put it down. It's supposed to be a mystery, but I also found it suspenseful. The book is set in the 70s and part of it takes place in Disneyland! The details about DL in the 70s alone makes it worth a read (for Disney fanatics that is).
Other wonderful books are "Sullivans Island" and "Plantation" by Dorthea Benton Frank are excellent. I really want to read her latest, "Isle of Palms" but I am holding off buying it because I want to "save" it for my trek to WDW (have to have something to read on the flight down).
