For my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary, I gave them a trip to Disney World. It has been really expensive getting the money together for the trip, since I just got out of college. But it has been WELL WORTH it! :sunny:

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of anything I can do at the Pop Century Resort (where we’re staying) to celebrate. It would have to be free or very little cost, though. Maybe like a card or flowers or something.

If anyone has any ideas or any links/phone numbers to get this surprise together, I’d really appreciate it. We leave in a week – can’t wait, but so much to do!!!  :cheer2: :cheer2: :cool1: :cool1:

Not free, but they have some items not too expensive:

I used them to deliver roses to our room once - expensive, but very nice arrangement.

Are you going to be there too, or do you need something that can be delivered for you?

Another thing you can do is make all their arrangements for them (dining, etc.) and create a little itinerary for each day. We did this for my sister-in-law's honeymoon. They opened and envelope each day with hints on what to do, dining reservations and even for one day Cirque du soliel tickets (part of our wedding gift).

We gave my parents a "pillow of quarters" for their 25th anniversary. We were in the same boat (not much extra $$) and so we had a small trip for them and my sister got into the hotel room (after housekeeping) and made hearts on their pillows with quarters. It was cute, sweet, and not to much $$.

I would leave little notes and make sure mickey calls to wake them up.

luvdisney999 . . . how unselfish and loving of you! What a great gift!

The front desk may be able to put a "Welcome to Disney" note from Mickey on their pillow so that when they enter their room, tah dah, there it is!

Also, I am a firm believer of "if you don't ask, you don't get". Call Guest Services to see if they can do anything complimentary, such as VIP seating at Illuminations. Pop Century may also be able to assist you with this.

I hope they have a magical time -- and you have a magical day! :flower:

I know any cm with a phone can dial up a Birthday greeting from one of the Fab Four, but what about anniversaries? Is there a character "Happy Anniversary" phone message?
