Can anyone log into Survey Spot?

I have been trying all day to log into my Survey Spot account but am getting an error message "Login failed". It tells me to click on forgot password. When I do that it says "Profile information missing" and won't let me do anything at all.

So I went under help to contact member services. About 2 hours later I got an undeliverable email back.

Did they shut down? I sure hope not because I was really close to cashing out. Anyone know of another way to contact them?
