Can anyone identify this? (for art class)

I'm looking for the name and/or artist name and Google isn't helping much. The DIS is like the Great Wizard of Oz so I came here. It's probably really simple but it's not ringing a bell plus quite frankly I'm an idiot w/ this stuff.

I was trying to get you some help. DH has been a commercial artist for 22 years, 3 of those he has taught at SCAD. He has taken a lot of Art classes! From my poor verbal description, he didn't know. I am going to show it to him anyway and see if he gets it right!
