I'm just wanting to know if camera 1 is a step up from camera 2 at all?. I don't understand all the numbers and specs and all that, so honestly just a yes or no would be good. I'm worried i'm going to buy it and have it turn out to not be any better than the one i have, or even worse. I have camera 2 already, and am fairly happy with it. I want to be able to take better pics in low/no lighting, and zoomed in. It SEEMS better to me and DH, but like I said, i don't really know much.

I'm not a Fuji expert, but on paper it appears the F70 is 'better' because it is a 10 mp camera with a larger zoom. The Z10 was introduced 7-26-07 and the F70 was 7-22-09. They both have successors. The F80 was just introduced in February as a successor to the F70. It is a 12.2mp camera with quite a few enhancements. You can review all the cameras (side x side) at dpreview.com. They have a buying guide and camera database.

In my opinion, the F70 is a good step up from the Z10 for the zoom and image stabilization alone.
