Can anyone help with clipart?

Hi there. I am not a technically minded person....
Anyway, my patriotic clipart was removed, I guess. It's now just a red x.
So I guess it's time to do something new.
How do I do it? I am totally illiterate. Can someone help?
I really love Frosty the Snowman and the cop from that. Is there some way to get one or both of those as my clip art?

Actually I did some searching and think I found the pic I want to use. Can anyone help with instructions, and I mean simple ones?

when you have the picture showing on your screen, copy the address for it. It should end in jpg. Then paste that into the signature section of your profile. (I guess that is where you want it.) In front of the address put one of these [
then put IMG and then put one of these ]
next go to the end of the address, right after the .jpg.
Then put one of these [
then one of these /
then IMG
and another one of these ]
That should do it.

Actually, you've got a little work to do before you can post it in your signature. What you've found is an AOL format file (.art). You won't be able to post it in that format. You'll need to convert it to another format such as .jpg first. There is a link on this thread that will direct you to some instructions on how to save it as a .jpg file on AOL. Links to Clipart, Fonts, Your DIS Website, Smilies, Email Notification....

After you've saved it on your computer as a .jpg file, you'll need to upload it to a web page before you can put it in your signature. On that same thread are instructions on getting a DIS web page and how to upload files to that page. Unless you already have a web page somewhere, this is the easiest place to get one.

Once you've uploaded the file to this page, then you can do as Carl outlined. For example, I have a file called frosty2.gif (.gif is another image format like .jpg) that I've put on a DIS web site that I created a while back with the username bbrazeal so to display it here, I use this code like Carl described.

and then I get...

Read through all the "tutorials" in the thread that I've posted the link to above. This will probably answer a lot of questions for you. After that, if you have some other specific questions or just want to try a few things and have people take a look and help, just keep posting right here.
