Can anyone help with a birthday design?

I have a friend who would like to make a non-Disney shirt for her son's 4th birthday. The theme is all-star sports. She'd like something with soccer, football, baseball and basketball with the number 4 somewhere in the design, along with his name, Braxton. She'd really appreciate anyone who is willing to share his/her talent. Unfortunately, we are both challenged in the talent and design area. Thanks so much!

I have a 3 year old little boy who loves anything sports and his second birthday was a sports party so I have lots of images and fun things. Here is something that I made for another person on the Boards that was looking for an invite. Please don't quote the image as it takes up space that I don't have in my photobucket.

Instead of putting the number four...I put est. (established) and the year I think Braxton was born. If you like it and I can change something...just let me know.

Make sure you copy it to your pictures so I can delete it from my photobucket.
