Can anyone help? personalizing one of Pat's DISigns?

I found a perfet DISign on here for my kids trip to AK, but the DISigner is Pat, who I understand is no longer designing. Can anyone out there customize this for me. I'm not sure who, if anyone has permission to use her DISigns, but if you can help. I would be very grateful.

One of my DD's name is Kaylee which is perfect, but I also need this done in the names Harlie and Gunner. Thanks!
