Can anyone help me with Video Conferencing?

I am trying to set up some king of video conferencing for my family and Yahoo IM keeps getting locked up.

Can anyone recommend something that you dont have to be a tech genius to set up.

My inlaws are on DSL (not the fastest) and we are on cable so any help would be appreciated.

We use Windows Live Messenger and haven't had any issues w/ it locking up.

Windows Live Messenger has been a stable product but you have a couple of other choices. One is SightSpeed (www.sightspeed.com) and the other is Ooovoo (www.oovoo.com). Ooovoo allows up to 6 people to video conference at one time.

Both are free!
