Can anyone help me with this UP poster?

I am a massive fan of the UP film and just found this movie poster on ebay (item number 280816305625, and wondered where it would have been used or where it was from? I collect various movie posters and was particularly interested in this one but haven't came across this one before so if anyone can help me it would be appreciated.

Hi!

The use of the word "cinemas" instead of "theaters" makes me believe that this is a poster for the UK release. That would account for the laggy release date as well.
