Can anyone help me with this MDE/FP+ problem?

I've been working on it for over 2 hours, have had one call into tech support, and another chat online. I'm getting frustrated.

Details:
-My husband and I are booked for an 8 day stay at BC, with hoppers and dining. We have our MDE account.
-My parents are booked for a 3 day stay at BC, no dining, but hoppers. They have one MDE account that appears to be in my mom's name (and associated with their home email). If you look at "my reservations and tickets" on her MDE account, it says "reservations made by My Dad's Name." (earlier in the day, this somehow switched to my husband's name...which was totally bizarre, and gave him the entitlements to both their room and my dad's tix. such a mess!)
-If she tries to select fastpass+, it only allows her to select for herself, not my Dad.

Is this because he doesn't have his own MDE? We tried creating his own, but they only have the one email, and it wouldn't let them use the same email for two MDE's.

This shouldn't be this hard.

Call again.
Try until you get a more helpful CM.
 

I had a similar issue and had to call twice to get it resolved. My wife was duplicated and one had dinner reservation and the other her fast passes. The fixed it but lost a fast pass. Online chat said to clear cache, but that is not the problem.

I called back and got is all cleared up. You have to call, chat is almost worthless.

Now my problem is getting my family in the correct window of time for Anna and Elsa. They couldn't help me move one time. If anyone know how to really push to get a time changed, I am all EARS.
