Can anyone help me with Sea World questions?

We are going to Orlando from Dec. 28 till Jan.4 I am so bad about trying to plan stuff. I was hopign someone here could help me with a question. I have seen online where you can buy ticked to Sea World and get the 2nd day free. Does that apply with tickets you buy at the park too? My in laws are buying all the tickets for the families and even though I have showed them sites to buy them on just won't do it, so I am stuck with what they get for us.

We went in October, had bought our tickets online, and simply had to upgrade when we got there. They took our pictures and gave us passes for the 2nd day. (Sadly, we weren't able to use them )

last time we went (June, 2005), 2nd day free applied to tickets purchased at the park. You just have to make sure you get your picture taken before you leave.

When we were there in june they were advertising 2nd day free within the parks, think you had to get the ticket validated in some way though

No problem with getting 2nd day ticket from ticket that is bought in the park. Before leaving the park, just stop at the booth near the exit and get the 2nd day pass. I think each person needs to be there for their own pass, so don't think one person can do it for everyone.

Price of 1 day ticket is going up or has already gone up this week. Not sure when the price increase begins. If it hasn't happened yet, you might want to try convincing them to buy on line to beat the increase.

Hi

I just went in October, I had gotten my tickets for free thru my thank you redemptions and got the 2nd day free. The window is on your left when you enter the park. They take your ticket and put your picture on it for the 2nd day (to use within 7 days of 1st visit). You can use any discount for the original ticket, as long as it doesn't say COMPLIMENTARY on it anywhere, they will validate it.

Have fun. It was nice to go 2 days to SW. We didn't have to rush to anything and my kids loved seeing the shows twice!!!!

Thanks everyone! I wasn't sure when the price increase was going into effect, I did read on here about that.
We are so excited. I really think my kids are more excited about going to Sea World than Disney! But I know they will love both! I have only been there once so it will be fun for me too!
