Can anyone help me figure out the best week to go out of the following options?

Hello! I'm trying to plan a trip for later this year. I'm having some trouble deciding on the particular week though.

One thing I'm fairly certain I want to be there for is Food and Wine. This is happening Sept 25-Nov 16 so the trip would be sometime within that time frame. I also would like to do either MNSSHP or MVMCP. Lastly, I'm hoping for free dining (fingers crossed).

I can't decide whether I want to be there for Halloween festivities or Christmas ones. The dates I'm going back and forth on are the following:

Sept 26-Oct 4: We could do Food and Wine and MNSSHP
Some week in Oct, though it looks like free dining was limited in October last year. Also worried about Columbus Day and crowds.
Nov 7-Nov 15: Food and Wine and MVMCP and other holiday festivities
Nov 15-Nov 22: same as above

The other thing I'm taking a little bit into consideration is the weather. We were there in January of this year and while we had some nice days we also had a lot of chilly days. I want to try to avoid that this trip. I know November is kind of a crap shoot with weather so I'm wondering if I should avoid it.

AH too much to think about! ANY advice is GREATLY appreciate :)!!

This may be of help....

For the November dates, the only Christmas festivities you would get would be MVMCP and the Osborne Lights - Epcot doesn't start their Christmas festivities until after Thanksgiving. (Also, it would be hit or miss for seeing hotel decorations.) The second week of November would only include the last 2 days of F&W, and with one of those being a weekend day (which should be avoided during F&W), I'm not sure how enjoyable that would be.
