Can anyone help me edit this photo?

This was taken at our Holiday Party Saturday and I'd like to use this for our Christmas cards but I'd really like to have the shiny spot removed from my dress (about waist high on the right side). Can anyone help me with this? I could send the full size photo. Thanks!

This one is slightly sharpened and I removed the light objects in the background behind your head and ear. Hope this helps

The glitter in the top is ok, it's supposed to be like that but for some reason there is a shiny smudge on my hip for some reason.

It can be redone with the top glitter and remove all the rest.
