Can anyone get in contact member services this morning

Trying to call again this morning house phone, my cell on my husband cell phone and it rings or busy signal .
The house phone rings a lot and no answers.
Both cell phones ,busy signal.
When house phone finally seems like it's answering there's nothing there no noise what is going on.

I tried even the local number(800-500-3990) it ran the first phone call, then said call could not be completed at this time to try later. When I called back again busy signal
