Can anyone explain Hilton's bounceback rate in NYC?

Hilton Times Square shows a rate of $299 or $329 for a "bounceback" package. I can't find a description of what this is? Anyone know?

I believe that bounceback is just Hilton's name for a slightly discounted rate from rack rate. It usually includes breakfast.

Here's a link to the Hilton description. It does include breakfast for 2 (in a restaurant) and early check-in/late check-out if available.
