Can anyone even get in to the member website?

Nothing but problems!!! If I'm lucky enough to get signed in, the pages I want don't come up. Tried calling MS but the wait is 30 mins. I was hoping that the summer beach bash registration would have died down by now.

I don't have the time to wait on the line, and yet I have important issues I need resolved. At one point this morning, it even brought up a pic of Dino & said something about problems with my account. Can't be the annual dues, because everything was paid up for all memberships back in Jan. ?????

With everything Disney has, why are there so many IT problems?

I just tried it, got in, but very slow.

I was able to sign in after a couple of tries, but I got no where. Everything was "out of service", "we're working on it", and got the Dino message again when I went to book online. Our dashboard shows 1 out of 5 resv's that I made for our upcoming trip in October. 11 people and a split stay. We only showed 1 WL, even though we have 5 WL's spread out over 3 memberships. So the dashboard is missing 4 resv's and 4 WL's.
