and they can both do it! The funniest thing is when Sadie does it, you can sometimes hear it, and she turns around to look. Max on the other hand is SBD. DH keeps ozium next to the bed, for those late night wake ups!

This is really weird, but my beagle rarely has gas and whe he does, it's not bad at all. We're lucky.

Mine used to, but then we switched to Iams. He doesn't clear the room anymore, but occaisionally we hear something!

My chocolate lab is anything but sweet when the gas starts to flow. She plops herself right under my feet while I'm at work. It can be quite difficult to maintain a professional decorum on the phone while I'm gagging.

James Herriot (Veterinarian/Author of many books about life as a country vet (All Creatures Great and Small, etc) has a story about
a dog named "Cedric" which has this 'problem'.

One of the funniest things I've ever read.

This is one of the chapters in a book he wrote dealing only with dogs.

Human gas is bad, but oh my goodness....why on earth does dog and cat gas stink SO BAD?!!!!! DH always tries to blame me when the cat expells....and she just saunters out of the room with her tail high in the air like she didn't DO ANYTHING!!!

LOL!! I have a beagle and a Bouvier. My Bouvier is the worst. Or hey...maybe it's not the dog, maybe it really is my husband LOL
