I was a little confused with the OP's original question at first but I think he has explained himself somewhat.
I am not sure why people would want to discourage this person from eating a TS breakfast and dinner daily if that is what they want to do. Just because *most* people do not do that (and most may not be accurate, better to say most DISers) does not make it wrong. He knows it will be a lot of food and he knows he will have to pay OOP for one of those meals daily.
AND...If he wants to do that, he really should make ADRs at those places. If he decides at some point in the day that he cannot or chooses not to attend one of those ADRs, he should cancel. There is nothing wrong with that by the way. I can tell you if we are not too hungry because we decided to get a turkey leg, dole whip or other snack while on our vacation, I would not force the family to eat a big sit-down meal just because we had reservations. We would cancel and do something else.
Let people plan and enjoy their own vacations, their way and everyone else do the same...
