I've been trying for the past 3 hours to contact MS (gotta pay my dues bills, dontcha know
), but all I've been able to get all morning is a busy signal. Are they flooded with calls with people booking the Anniversary Cruise, or is it phone problems? I can't believe that I haven't been able to get through to at least be told "all our agents are currently serving other customers, please do not adjust your set". I have never had this much trouble trying to contact MS.
First the problems with the switch of the DIS to a new service provider, now this. Argh!!

P.S. Not 30 seconds after posting this, I finally got through to Member Accounting (typical, ain't it?
) only to find out that their office is closed from 12:30 to 1:30. My suspicion is that there is a giant conspiracy afoot, and that I will call back after 1:30 only to continue to get a busy signal. Sigh.
