Can anyone confirm if the lobby concierge cast members can make change?

We'll be staying at the Beach Club in March and I always take some US cash, especially for tipping mousekeeping, bell services, etc. I currently have enough US cash left over from our last disney trip but it's mostly in twenties. Anyone know if I can change twenties for fives at the concierge desk? It would save me a trip to the bank before our vacation but I wasn't sure if the resorts dealt with cash anymore. TIA.

Can't speak for the Concierge desk, but their gift shop is quite close to the Concierge desk, and they definitely can. I'll typically do three to four transactions a day in cash, and it's still alive and well at WDW.

There are lots of places that you can get change. When I go to Disney I pay for nearly everything in cash.

OMG, of COURSE the gift shop deals in cash! Can't believe that didn't even occur to me. *facepalm* Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
