By Marriott Palms do you mean Sabal Palms, Royal Palms, and Imperial Palms? We just toured these three resorts to see what their rooms looked like last week. The Palms are super close to WDW parks. The rooms have all been redone and were very nice. We liked Sabal Palms layout the best for a two bedroom and Imperial has all three bedrooms which were also very nice. If you stay there you can also use the fantastic pool area at the Marriott World Center. They are all surrounded by the golf course on property. The villas also have their own swimming areas.
I can't comment on Cypress Point as we haven't been there.
