Can anyone make this disign say 2009?

It's one of Natalie's blanks. I know she is not taking requests right now. I know how to add names in photobucket, but I can't figure out how to change the year without messing up the background. Can anyone help?

I'd really like to use this disign for my upcoming mother daughter trip.
