Can anyone book dining this morning?

I can't do it on the website or app. I keep getting error messages. :(
 

I wonder how long the system has been down? Do we just keep trying??
 
It's been down for at least a few hours. I tried to book something almost 3 hours ago, and it was not working then.
 
Well, at least I'm not alone here....getting up before the sunrise....to futilely refresh a website over and over in frustration....
 
Same, and it is not just WDW, DL system is giving the same message (I hit 60 days for DL and 180 days for WDW on the same day! Oh the Stress! :rolleyes:)

Oh man, this has me worried that it's not just a short, temporary thing if it's so wide spread. Oh the stress indeed!
 
Someone posted on Facebook that the system is updating from 2am to 9am....
 
So I would guess there's no point in calling at 7am? They wouldn't be able to make reservations either? Ugh...

Wow, and simple customer service didn't tell them to put a notation on the web page? Banks, colleges, and other systems do that.

Disney's IT department has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. There's never a time that I don't have a problem with it.
 
Just remember, if no one can make reservations, then they won't get booked up. I know on the dvc website over the weekend it said they were not going to be available from 2:00am until 9:00am, so this sounds like a planned update maintenance
 
I just called and the automated recording said the dining reservation system was unavailable.

So, now what? We wait until 9am and see what happens? I've been up since 5am.:mad:

Fat lot that helps me. The parent I'm meeting with rarely meets less than 3 hours with me. I would have moved the meeting to 10 yesterday when I was on the phone with her for over an hour had I known. Disneys IT stinks and I'm sending a written complaint.
 
I just called as well, and the person I spoke with said it wasn't a scheduled outage/downtime. Whether that's accurate or not, who knows. I'll keep trying and hope that it does come back online at 9am EST.
 
In the meantime... I'm just sitting here hitting refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh.....:mad::mad::mad:
