Can any smart computer people help me...please?

I'm having a problem. I have a picture I want to upload, but it's in the extension .TIFF I need to change it to jpg, but I don't know how. I have a Mac (whihc I absolutly don't like) if that makes a difference.

Do you have any paint or photo manipulation programs on your Mac? You need to use that sort of program to open the TIFF image and then "save as" a JPEG image.

Yes, you'll need some type of photo viewer program that has the capability to save files. Didn't something come with your computer? If not, there should be some shareware out there.

Also wonderin why you dislike your Mac?

This is my first post! This is very simple. Do you have OS X? if so simply open the picture in preview. Simply double clicking the picture should do this. Click File...then click on export... At the bottom you will see a box that says format, click the drop-down box and choose the format you wish to use. Simply click save and that's it. You shouldn't hate mac, it's really a great OS. Let me know if that didn't work.
