Can any 5-day hopper be upgraded to an annual pass?

We bought a couple discounted parkhoppers that must be used by the end of May.
Can we upgrade them to AP's??

Are they the Canadian resident tickets? If so, my experience is you can upgrade, but you’ll lose the discount by doing so.

No, we live in the u.s. I forget what the discount was called, but the ticket itself has to be used by the end of May.
We are going May 3.

Yes you can upgrade. But as was mentioned above you will likely only get the value of what you paid for the tickets to the APs. Meaning if you paid $500 and gate price is $550 you may not get the full $550 applied to your AP's.
