Can an annual passholder book rooms in 2020?

As an annual passholder I reserved some park days for this year without any problems but I have been unable to access room rates for 2020. Are AP able to book rooms for 2020 or is this not available until 2021?

Not yet for 2020. Disney is still working with guests with existing reservation. Keep checking as this may change at any time.

I think your milage will vary, I was able to book a room at CBR this past Saturday for September 2020 without issue. A friend of mine booked a cabin at the campgrounds for the end of July a few weeks ago. And then I have another friend who tried to book in October and was told he could not book at this time. Seems all over the place.

Some groups & travel agencies have 2020 rooms available. But you aren't supposed to be able to book rooms directly through Disney at this time.
