Can a talented clip art person help me??

I was wondering if anyone would have time to improve my Sideshow Bob clipart (Seen below).

I want it to be a political button (read--kiss up to SSB), but, what I came up with is not very good.

I don't care what it says on the border...it could even say Bob For Crime Czar or dictator or president or star of the show or whatever,, but, it has to be something nice....(hard, I know).

Would anybody mind trying for me???
