Can a moderator or webmaster change MY profile?

I know I changed my profile this morning and I checked several posts I made and it was correct, but now this evening my profile is changed back to what it had said yesterday. What gives with that?

The line under my membername now reads "Cindy's PS helper". It used to say dis veteran. Right before I posted here asking if someone could change it, I changed it back to the Cindy's note. Kinda curious if someone could change it, why s/he would. I've read plenty of others stating not very nice things at all like "Going to hell by bus" (or something to that effect).

Moderators can not change your title, but webmasters can. If you have any questions about it, you would need to contact one of the webmasters.

Well I see it has been changed back again and this is getting very freakin old. How do I contact a webmaster person?

could you have been "tagged" by the tag fairy? I was recently tagged, I happen to love my new tag but maybe not everyone would. Had you been especially helpful with Cindy's PS's maybe thats why they tagged you. I don't know if this is true, just an idea.
