Can a Disabled child ride....

Down the children's slide at Typhoon Lagoon? Our DD2 has cerebral palsy and I think she would love this, but don't know how the lifeguards rule on this. I understand that they usually only let the children who can walk up this slide ride in order to make sure they are old enough, but my child will be over 2.5 yrs old and can't sit up yet. Do you think they would make an exception?
