can 2 people use the same pass, same day???

Im in a quandry...My DILs have 2 PHPs left from their last trip each with 2 days and 2 pluses left on each. that gives them 2 days each to use on our upcoming trip but we are going to be using the parks for 5 days so they still need to buy for the remaining 3 days. I know I can buy some 3 day PHs from alamo ($$!) but what I want to know is :
If one of them uses all four days from the leftover pass and the other one bought a 6 day PHP can both of them use the same pass for that 1 extra day? Follow? yeah me neither...little help please?

No, two people cannot use the same pass on the same day.

What about a 5 day hopper($255) and one single day single park ticket($55)?

They cannot park hop on the single ticket, so don't go to AK that day (or any other park that will not fill up their entire day)

I'm not 100% positive on this- (So call Disney)- but I think they can turn in their old park Hoppers and have the unused days credited towards a new park hopper.

Yes, they can trade them in on new hoppers. Probably won't be the best financial move, but, they can do it.
