Can’t check in

My check-in window opened a few minutes ago and I keep getting the same errors on chrome and safari— says “access denied” saying I don’t have permission to access. Any ideas on troubleshooting?
 
Are you using a VPN? Disney's website sometimes gives that error with VPNs.

Otherwise, try clearing your browser data (especially cookies and site data).
 
I tried both WiFi and cell (no VPN) here in continental US with no luck. I also tried clearing my browser data on two devices to no avail (have been unable to check in on 4 separate devices trying 3 kinds of browsers).

I did see on Touring Plans comments that Tuesdays are the day Disney servers are most likely to crash. I wish I knew is it was everybody and not just me.

As an update, sometime between 11:10-11:15 (pacific), got harder to even load the website generally on my app, I bounced over to my laptop, was able to check in and got a BG that suggests nobody else was able to check in for the first two hours either.
 
Glad you were able to get it resolved. DCL tech issues are sadly very common. May I ask what boarding group number you got? And what castaway level you are?
