Can’t Book Activities in Canada

Ha ha I have a ticket as well from a call today. They said it had nothing to do with the activities issue though. It’s a new thing where it links to your main account and you can see your Castaway, etc. It’s funny as my wife can connect, but I can’t. Good ‘ol Disney IT .

Yes, I had the same "chat" on Friday with this being a new feature - and the fact that Disney is more or less creating a new version of My Disney Experience behind the scene, which is integrating the other Disney memberships such as Castaway Club (I think the agent called it Disney Central). By moving to the US version of the site, I am able to see the 1st screen, but it still cannot link the guests. I sense this is a related - unrelated issue!
