It didn't feel like I was eating that much at all. The overeating last night really was the result of hunger and didn't feel out of control at all. I just have to get a handle on that and use some smarter choices to address late day hunger. Of course, it didn't help that I didn't get to make dinner until after 9pm. I am learning some important concepts at my weekly WW meetings and am looking forward to continuing to implement new thought processes and behaviors with more success, hopefully getting better each day.
