I know I am so lucky to be part of the WISH team. I just don't know what I would without my journal buddies and the WISH race team. They've gotten me through a 70 pound weight loss, 2 full marathons, 3 half marathons, 2 15ks and many 5ks. They also keep me motivated to train year-round!

Not much time for the gym tonight -- work crisis meant Andrew and I didn't get to the gym until 7:45. UGH!
30 minutes elliptical - levels 3 & 4 -- 2.32 miles -- 305 calories
30 minutes bike --levels 5 & 6 -- 5.1 miles -- 169 calories
Food today:
B: coffee w/skim milk
S; apple, WW yogurt
L: whole wheat couscous w/steamed veggies; green salad
S: apple
D: steamed mushrooms & onions over whole wheat couscous and a green salad with some shredded turkey breast; 3 oz baked cod (unbreaded) (I was craving protein)
I am not eating anything else tonight and calling night 2 a victory.
