Campus rep?

What are the duties of being a campus representitive? I'd love to become one after I go on Jan 09! I'm not good at making speeches or anything so I hope it doesn't have anything to do with that.

in general, you're responsible for promoting the college program on campus. The duties differ depending on if you are at an E-presentation school or a school where a recruiter actually comes. Either way there isn't a large amount of public speaking involved. I'm at an E-presentation school and we basically host an event where we show the e-presentation and ask questions.

I'm not gonna lie, it's a pretty easy way to keep your status with the company. I've been with Disney for 4 years now and I'm going back in January as a CP and then tryin to get a full time job in the company. The 35% merch discount comes in handy

Yeah I'm at an E-Presentation school also. I kind of have a problem though. After I come home from CP in May I'm transferring to another school. Would I still be able to be a campus rep or would I have to go down again through my new school?

No, you can just transfer as a rep to your new school. Just let your recruiter know, I don't think you have to apply again or anything.

Does anyone know if I can be a campus rep? I was FT at Disney for almost 2 years and I am now seasonal but I am in college. My BFF is one and she asked her supervisor or whatever and the lady said possibly but she'd get back to her so I'm trying to find out elsewhere.

I'm pretty sure you have had to do the CP to be a rep.

Yeah you have to complete the college program to be a rep.
