Hi everyone, We will be staying at the Fort next April and our old tent is shot. The tent we're thinking about buying is 12 x 12, also our screenroom is 12 x 12. Would both of these together be to big for an average lot?

No.

Partial sites (most suitable for tents) are more than 12' wide and more than 24' deep on their sand pads.

Premium sites are about 18' wide paved and deep enough for a 45' RV with a vehicle.

Some Partial sites are oddly shaped, though, even one that famously has a tree growing right in the middle of the sand pad. So I always advise people getting partial sites to ask the Disney Reservation Cast Member to note the size of tent and screen room on the ressie. That information gets passed on to the person who assigns you a site and they have detailed dimensions and will put you where you will fit.

Enjoy!

We have a screen room that we set up by the camper and we have never had any problems with space at F/W.

No problem we had a 30’ TT, a pop-up, 2 tents and 2 Ez-ups on a premium site. Still had room for 16 chairs and a fire pit.

the 2000 loop though it gets a bad rep, has a little bigger sites than the 1500. I had a 19 x 12 tent, a 12x12 canopy and still room for the Armada and Golf Cart. I could have easily put up another smaller tent if I needed to. I didnt have any issues in the 2000 loop but some others have had problems with noise. Of course i was so tired at the end of the day, I could have slept through it :confused3
