We goat a HD flyer in Sundays paper and they have a portable A/C-Heat Pump for $ 299.00. They state 10,000 Btu A/C and 4700 Btu heat..

No way in heck would I stay in Fla. without AC I live in Al. as well and its just plain miserable in August!!!...glad you made a smart decision to stay at the hotel instead!!!

Yes they do!! If you put it on the HD Credit Card.... no interest for 6 months on purchases over 299 (including tax).
