Not sure if this is the place to post this but we may stop for a couple days in Hilton Head, SC on way down or back from our next visit to FW. Any recommendations on the best campground? I saw 2 listed, both looked very nice. Thanks!

One is for Class A only. The other (Hilton Head RV & Marina) is nice, but it's an ownership campground, fwiw. We like it and have considered purchasing a site there. But... It's crazy hard to get out and on to the highway from the campground. Traffic, especially during the holidays and summer is nuts... And it *is* an island, so no alternate routes.

By the way, excellent restaurants on Hilton Head.

We've stayed at the HiltonHead Harbor RV place before- the sites are nice- paved, pretty level. Our fifth wheel was ~42 ft long, it fit, but not much room at either end. Close together, but with trees and such. It was quiet even though it was crowded. No beach access- it's on the ICW, as soon as you pull into the island. If you want beach access, you will have to fight the traffic to a public access area- it will take at least 30 minutes during peak tourist season.

The other park is for Class As only, so we've not been there.
