If I fly into Orlando with my camping gear; will the magical express deliver it to FW? If so where (check in station?). If they do deliver it to the check in station, how can I get it to the camp site.
Long, long time on-site hotel guest. First time FW camper.

1. Yes, thats also how cabin guests and their luggage get to FW.

2. Yes

3. Same way cabin guests get their luggage (by a van of some sort), though if it all possible you should carry it yourself since unlike a cabin they aren't just going to leave it at an empty site while you are in a park.

If you do have them deliver it, you will have to make arrangements to do so.

Yes, ME works pretty much the same at FW as the other resorts.

Welcome to FW camping, you'll love it and be hooked like the rest of us.

Looking forward to hearing how you make out!
When is your camping trip?

I'm also flying down with camping gear late Sept, but will have first 2nights @ POP, then 7 nights at BWV before my 6 nights at The Fort in a tent.

I'm toying w/ the idea of a rent-a-car for the last 7nights, but if not, I figure I'll need a cab from BWV to the Fort ...........haven't worked that logistic out yet!:scratchin

Well a rental car would be nice particularly at the Fort since its right at your site but WDW will move your luggage aka camping equipment and then you just make your way to FW. Though I guess you have to arrange to be at your site when its delivered.

Though how are you flying with camping equipment and clothes for 15 days? :confused3

I've an extremely generous free baggage allowance... and despite being a girl, a small wardrobe & doodads! I wash clothes on vacation! I'm also a master packer (I have been known to pack for others! lol!)1
