We will be staying in our pop up in either the 16or1700 loop and are wondering. Will they let you hang a clothesline at the fort to dry some clothes on?
Mine will be whatever color rope I grab from the rear compartment of the MH. I have blue, yellow, and white. The knots will be whatever keeps it up. It's authorized by DW.
Run rope between your awning supports or even at each end of the supports and the trailer. There are also clothes drying racks that fit on the back bumper and the folding wooden ones you can put outside.
Don't get me started on things like stringing ropes between trees, etc. since I just don't like that for a variety of reasons and will leave it at that and I have done that for holiday decorations but always use a piece of cardboard to protect the bark from the rope around the trunk. But, basically I have no problem with anyone using the site defined as the parking area and sand pad however they want, but expanding that out to the common areas between sites for any use other than holiday/seasonal decorations is IMO tacky and I won't do it.
Sorry, but even after getting a "hot roast" for my previous views on this from those no longer here, my opinion still and will never change on this subject.

Disney does allow clotheslines, and also use of trees to hang decorations or tarps or tie downs for awnings, etc. I think 99% of the trees Disney didn't chop down are pine trees. They have several layers of bark on them and won't be harmed if you use them. Just please don't go out & hurt them on purpose or nail something to them.
Yep as others have said they are allowed. On our 1996 trip to the fort we actually saw someone use rope and tarps to make a wall between him and his closest neighbour. We just use it for cloths though. Towels etc... Melissa I love your line and your fiendmingo. I would love to be your neighbour any trip.
