Campground cancellation policy.

Does anyone know how far out u can cancel without penalty? I just checked in for four nights and may need to leave a night earlier. If i cancel the last night, when do i have to do it by?

Id ask them here but at times its actually quicker to ask on the boards.

I'm sure someone else will be along to confirm this....

I believe that once you check in, you are only charged for the nights you stay. I know this because I cut a trip short myself, and they said it was no problem, they credited back the unused nights.

I would go up to the front desk and give them your good excuse and hopefully be able to tell them you will tell them the day before early if you will be leaving the next day. For only one day I doubt there will be a problem. They just don't want someone with like a 14day ressie during the high rate season cancel four or five days. IIRC the current requirement for a full refund is a week, but can't remember the penalty.

I know on the flip side that back in 2009 when I missed up my knee and was hospitalized for a couple of days we had to extend our stay for like 3 to 5 days and FW was extremely accomodating. They even paid for the cab fare to and from the hospital door to door for DW to visit me for those two days, i.e. the private cab driver actually picked up and dropped off the wife at the campsite which was credited on our checkout statement.

No problem cutting short by a day, they will refund. We've had to leave early due to storms moving in on 2 occasions. This is for site only reservations.

Do they take all US currency? make change in $ or Disney dollars? Do they use the brown markers on the larger denominations?

u only pay for nites you stay no worries. if you need to leave early, just go check out early.
