Campfire Program at Fort Wilderness

Has anyone done this? I thought if we eat at Trails End, maybe we should just stay for this program and roast marshmallows. I'd love to check out the campground. The boat stopped there from MK on our way to WL - to eat at WC.

I'm really curious about this program, too. About what time does it start (we'll be there end of September)? I think the times might be seasonal, but is it 6:30? 9:30? And how much do the s'mores cost?

It's really cheap and so much fun. I think it starts at 8 in the summer, 7 in the winter, but I could be wrong. We've camped several times at FW and always have to do this.

Check out the camping board here on the Dis because you will find times, movie schedules, etc. Also, allears has a list of the prices, I think. But it's cheap.

The movie and sing along are FREE. Smores can be bought at the snack area or you can bring your own.

I just got off the phone with Fort Wilderness Campgrounds and they said the schedule will not be out until Sept. 1. So I guess we will just have to wait.

good info, thank's, I am hoping that will be able to stay at the Wilderness Villas on our trip in Jan. And I will be there at the campout... YUMMMMM!!!
